Can my business deduct the cost?

Yes. Employer-paid DSP memberships are generally deductible as a business expense (like wellness perks or employee appreciation). However, businesses should always check with their financial advisor for specific guidance.

What happens if an employee leaves mid-year?

Coverage continues until year-end unless the employee cancels. Refunds, if applicable, are handled directly with the employee per Arizona law.
