Halloween is always one of the best celebrations, especially as a kid. Getting to dress up as your favorite superhero, movie character, or scary thing, and then getting candy for it? What a day!  Being grown up now, and a little too old for trick or treating, memories are what still make Halloween such a special holiday.

One of my favorite things about being a kid during October were the school activities: coloring in skeletons, making spiders out of pipe cleaners, writing about our costumes – and if Halloween was on a school day, we’d even get to wear them!  Halloween night was the best part of the month, of course, but the lead up to that was fun too; who doesn’t love carving pumpkins?

As we get older we can lose that spirit; it becomes just another work day and not a fun night in our favorite costumes. Not at this office! This year, we are celebrating a Harry Potter themed Halloween, so we all get to keep our spooky spirits alive around here! Think about your favorite Halloween memories as a kid and try to live up to those as much as possible this year.  We all deserve a day of fun!
